Richard Toh PK is the founder & chairperson of CPE. Since Y2000, he has been a professional business consultant and trainer for established organisations. His service scope focuses on Capital-Expansion, Business-Integration and also Human Resources Development in Asia region. Prior to setting up CPE, Richard was a veteran management professional holding high positions in Multinational Corporations since 1990 supporting the wide spectrum of industries. The business sectors served by him include Building & Civil Engineering, Consumer Goods Distribution, Specialty Chemicals, Aerospace Maintenance, and Industrial Systems Manufacturing, Supply, Installation and Commissioning processes. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in the areas of Business Strategies, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Human Resource Development. Having been involved in the business planning and execution for 3 decades, Richard has imparted abundant practical expertise to his consultancy & training clients who are high- profile organizations in the private and public sectors. He has consulted and trained more than 10,000 business professionals in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and China. Academically, Richard holds a Bachelor Degree of Business (BBus) awarded by Australia’s La Trobe University, a Master’s of Management (MMgt) Degree from IMCA UK (International Management Centres Association), and several industries – related learning qualifications.
Low Sie Cheong is the Project Director of Centre For Professional Enterprises, CPE, in the Strategic Operations & Corporate Development arena. In addition to his professional roles in CPE, Sie Cheong is the managing director & principal consultant of Crosspoint Resources, an organization that provides professional consulting & coaching services including organizational restructuring (operation), change management, marketing & business development, executive coaching & customized training. A mechanical engineer by training, Sie Cheong moved his career path rapidly on to the sales and operational / industrial management functions as well as mastering the skills in the marketing & business development. He has extensive experiences working as a professional manager, GM and COO with local & international companies, including a subsidiary of a public listed company in Singapore that has vasted interests in China & Asia. His experiences & exposures in the general management and business development cover the Asia Pacific region. Academically, Sie Cheong holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) conferred by California State University, a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Marketing (BBA) awarded by Australia’s RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management awarded by Institution of Industrial Manager & Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a qualification & associate member of the Institution of Management Accountant Hong Kong & Australia.
Toh Puay Yong is a Project Director of Centre for Professional Enterprises group of companies sinceY2000. He is an experienced Consultant, Trainer and Coach. Prior to joining CPE, he has worked in US &German MNCs & regional corporations in management holding finance positions in the region,including a 2-year overseas posting in China as Controller. In the past 24 years, he has helped hundredsof organizations in Singapore and the region in the consulting, training and coaching assignments.Projects accomplished included IPO, M&A, Tradesale, Valuation – Shareholding Structuring, CapitalExpansion, etc. Puay Yong is a Certified Public Account (CPA), Chartered Accountant, Certified Business Valuer &Appraiser. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from National University of Singapore, an MBA(Master of Business Administration) degree from Manchester Business School, University ofManchester, UK, and the Practicing Management Consultant Qualification. Puay Yong specializes in: Strategic Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Human Resource Development(HRD).
Billy Wang Yeo Chen is the Project Director of Centre For Professional Enterprises, CPE, in the Capital Model & Corporate Growth Strategies. In addition to his professional role in CPE, Billy had been a managing partner of Investment Group for Asia, that managed portfolio of US$ 800 million. In his last 25 years of career, Billy has earned his millions since the age of 30, through the effective engagement of Capital Strategies in the financial market in USA, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Graduated with double Master’s degrees from National Taiwan University (EMBA 2005) and National University of Singapore (EMBA 2009), Billy has been immersed in the strategic business environments for 15 years. With his diligent efforts, Billy has been assuming senior positions in MNCs including Bestall Electronics, Rolls-Royce Singapore, Aero Innovations, just to name a few. His strategic roles in these companies include, in addition to ensuring the achievements of the organic growths, also the Capital Growth models such as the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Management-Buyout (MBO), Initial Public Offerings (IPO) etc. With a strong passion in developing strategic solutions in Risks and Human Resources Management, Billy has successfully helped several CPE’s clients including the public-listed organizations achieve their objectives of growing their companies’ business Value. As a self-motivated professional, Billy travels frequently within Asia (including Singapore, Taiwan, China) and also USA. He is a representative iconic figure who demonstrates the ability of integrating the organizational culture of the East and the West.
